Approval Email Showing Wrong User Info (Doc ID 2177628.1)

Symptoms

When an email template containing "Next Approver Login" is sent to approvers from the approval process, it's sent to the correct address, but the value of the "Next Approver Login" is not correct.

For example: There is an email template that has the text "Dear [Next Approver Login]" in the greeting. ApproverGroup1 is the approving group for a quote being submitted for proposal. Inside ApproverGroup1, there are two accounts: User1 and User2. When the approval process is triggered, the approval emails are sent to both User1 and User2 correctly. However, while User1 is addressed as "Dear User1", User2 is also addressed as "Dear User1".
