Time Stamp in Schedule Log is Not Same as Client's Local Time

When schedule a project and look at the schedule log, the log date and time is not same as client's local time.
1. Open a project
2. Press F9
3. View the log upon complete
For example, If accessing environment which located at PA, USA Eastern Time, where about 12 hour difference from China Time.
We can see the time in schedule log shows 3:00AM not 3:00PM where project is scheduled at 3:00PM according to client's local time.
