On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Expenses-Approve Expense Report

Can we expose Chart Of Account Segments Such as Activity on the Mobile Expenses App

We have exposes Company and Cost Centre on the Expenses Mobile App
However we would also like to expose activity.
Activity appears on Cloud Expenses but not the mobile app

How can we expose the activity segment on the Mobile App?
