How to download logs from a Corente Services Gateway (CSG)

Goal

This document will provide instruction so that customers may download all logs from the Corente Services Gateway (CSG).

The logs on the CSG are rotated on a five day basis, if an issue occurs it is needed to obtain the logs before they are rotated/lost.
