RA_INTERFACE_LINES: Context Sensitive Segment DFF size is not allowing more than 30 Chars (Doc ID 2179221.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

When attempting to save flexfield for RA_INTERFACE_LINES,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The value set XLE_50_CHARACTERS cannot be assigned to this segment BillDescription. In application 222, descriptive flex fields RA_INTERFACE_LINES, and context IntCharSize, value set XLE_50_CHARACTERS cannot be assigned to segment BillDescription which uses column INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTE1. The assigned value set must have a data type that is compatible with the column data type and its maximum length must be no longer than the column length.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Receivables Descriptive flexfield
3. Search for Code RA_INTERFACE_LINES
4. Click Edit
5. Manage Contexts
6. Create Contexts
7. Create Segments

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create DFF Context.
