Send Pending LDAP Requests no longer suspends users from import
A critical step in performing system upgrades is in suspending users to prevent issues from being created by them. In performing previous changes, we would import a CSV file of users we wanted to inactivate and complete the process by running the scheduled process ‘Send Pending LDAP Requests’. While this process has previously worked, currently there seems to be an issue where users are not being suspended. We need to get this resolved as we have many users to suspend as well as we need to have this in place prior to our upcoming R11 upgrade.
