ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OTM is not considering Location Capacity when Order is planned automatically using agent action BUILD SHIPMENT (from order release agent type).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Location Capacity should be also considered when an order is plan automatically.
