When attempting to add member in new territory proposal getting server error
An application error occurred. see the incident log for more information.
An application error occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 10, Server Doamain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: CRMPerformanceServer_1, Application NameLCrmPerformanceApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to manage territory proposal -> add a territory to the proposal -> on edit territory page -> try to add a new team member
2. error is returned

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add new team members to territories.
