Multiple Tracking Events Created When Using OTM Mobile App

Symptoms

When Using OTM Mobile App, When User is submitting a Event using OTM Mobile App, Mobile App takes a while to submit the event, spinning wheel is displayed on Submit. But during this waiting time if the User presses the submit again by mistake, Another event gets created with the same data. This leads to duplicate Events created in OTM.
