REST API/Describe Endpoint For Both Objects-Contacts And Accounts Is Not Returning A Response in Eloqua-OSC Integration App (Doc ID 2180253.1)

Goal

We are using the Oracle sales cloud app for Eloqua to connect with Sales Cloud to sync data in eloqua. But recently its giving pending status for the import.
REST API /describe endpoint for both objects, contacts and accounts, is not returning a response.


Can you please check and let me know how to resolve this.
