Error on Activities Infolet On Edit Contact: Overview Screen

Seeing error on the Edit Task page

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 449, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SUI > Sales > Contacts
2. Search for and Edit Contact
3. On the Overview screen, there is the Activities infolet
4. On the Activities infolet, select the date hyperlink, title hyperlink, or user hyperlink to go to Edit Task page
5. On the Edit Task page, click Cancel
6. The error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users workflow is interrupted by errors.
