SRM WorkFlow : Specify the thread is from which stream (social channel) (Doc ID 2180627.1)

 A workflow has been created and is being used to create a post in Publish. Suppose, two different streams ( one from Facebook, one is twitter with same name) are selected for this workflow. Navigate to Home -> Collaborations -> (you will see the thread ). Customer feels it would be little confusing that post doesn't indicate its for which social media account in the thread (notification), and instead it just lines it up in a separate row, especially for the to-do actions which requires the user to mark it complete it themselves and they don't know which is which.
