"Do Not Ask Again" Checkbox Not Working In Engagement Engine

On : NA version, Chat Infrastructure
When I click the "DO NOT ASK AGAIN" checkbox through the Standard Proactive chat page, the "noChat" cookie is set and the page can be refreshed and the chat is not offered again.
However, when I click the "Do Not Ask Again" checkbox through the proactive chat page with the widget placed through EE, the page can be refreshed but the chat is offered again.
