After Implementing Custom Roles the "Groups" Tab is Missing in FuseUI and/or OSN cList View (Doc ID 2180838.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to access OSN groups

When logging into Fusion Apps (FAPPS) and selecting the "Oracle Social Network" (OSN), users only see the Overview, my Profile, Flags, Favorites and Conversations options. Among others Groups and View full details is missing.
Groups can be found when searching, but the group is "greyed" out and users are unable to click it.

When attempting to login to the OSN web client, users are getting a "permission" error and are redirected to the cList view.

 Custom roles have recently been implemented.
