Negative Wait Time Populated On Shipment Stop When Planning with Carrier Connect (Doc ID 2180942.1)

Locations have Activity Time Definition associated with them with a Fixed Stop Time assigned.

When Planning Order Releases associated with such locations using CarrierConnect. On the Shipments planned System is inserting a negative Wait Time on the Shipment Stop.

If the Activity Time on the Location is 1 Hour, Wait time on the Shipment Stop is -1 Hour , if its changed to 4 Hours then OTM inserts a Wait Time of -4 Hours.
