Unable to access PaaS Application Web Service after SSO enablement

After SSO has enabled on test domain the PaaS application's Web Service invocation is not working from Oracle Sales Cloud Application.


Not a valid SOAP Content-Type

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call WS from Groovy

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make WS calls.
