Generic System Error Received when attempting to open Business Process in the Left Navigation Pan

In User Mode, when users are selecting a Business Process, they are randomly receiving the Error:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again my help in some cases

Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.


In the log, the following error can be found:

Unifier.log: ORA-00904: "DATAELEMENTNAME": invalid identifier.
