Fusion Global HR: Changed Personal Information Notification Missing Transaction Details (Doc ID 2181440.1)

Symptoms

When routing the PersonalInformation task for approval, transaction details cannot be accessed from within BPM Worklist by users that are identified as approvers. The task is rendered in the worklist but the link does not open a new page with transaction details, as expected. All other tasks appear to function as expected. The issue is specifically identified for PersonalInformation task only.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
About Me > Personal Information > Edit My Details
Add Phone (alternatively Add or Edit any other personal information)
