OTBI Report 'Project Contract List' Is Not Showing Data (Doc ID 2181521.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Process Project Cost Transactions

OTBI report is not showing data in Project contract list and Project cost Account reconciliation

While running the OTBI report for the project contract list the amount column is coming as 0 and the Project cost Account reconciliation report is not showing the Debit and credit amounts.
Please find the screen shot attached.
