Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agents Becoming Disabled (Doc ID 2181882.1)

Problem Description:

In Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), agents that were enabled and running on schedule are now showing as disabled:



If this is occurring after the zone was updated to a new TEE version, refer to Agents Disabled or Not Running After an Update for more information on this topic.
If the agent has become disabled and you are unable to determine the cause, wait to re-enable the agent and log a Service Request with Oracle Taleo Reporting Support for further investigation.
