OTAC/TEE: Agents Becoming Disabled (Doc ID 2181882.1)

Problem Description:

In Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), agents that were enabled and running on schedule are now showing as disabled:

  • Navigate to the agent in the Catalog
  • Select the link for More Details
  • Note the status shows as Disabled and the Next Run Date is not populated
