Goal

There is a difference Between Outlook and SUI when creating a new Lead (or OPPORTUNITY).

Why on a lead object after the Account already has been selected, the Contacts lookup shows all accounts (by default) instead of only contacts from the selected account?

In other words are constrained lookups available in Outlook?
