Outlook Address Book Shows OSC Contacts (Doc ID 2182240.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer is observing below problem: When an user synchronize Outlook with Oracle Sales Cloud, in the folder "Contacts" , he/she sees some contacts from OSC (and it is correct). However, if the user open the outlook address book, he/she can see here all the contacts from OSC.

This situation creates problems because every company user has a Windows phone as business phone, and the phone address book is always synchronized with Outlook address book: this means that, after the synchronization of Outlook with OSC, their phone address book will be filled with all OSC contacts.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer would like to have a way
1) To synchronize in the Outlook address book only the contacts from OSC seen in the folder "Contacts"
2) To exclude the OSC contacts from the Outlook address book


STEPS
-----------------------
Synchronize Contacts from OSC to Outlook. All contacts get synced to Outlook address book.
Windows phone will sync all Outlook address book contacts to phone address book

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is seeing all OSC contacts in phone which is not desired
