Don't Have All My Accounts Synchronised In Outlook (Doc ID 2182263.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Not all my accounts are synchronized in Outlook:
-there are no synchronization filters
-we use the territories with the geography dimension. We checked that users are in the territories to see the account and this is the case. So it seems ok.
-we changed the following profile values setting
  ZOE_MAX_CUSTOMER_RETRIEVAL
  ZOE_MAX_LEAD_RETRIEVAL
  ZOE_MAX_OPTY_RETRIEVAL
