On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
Not all my accounts are synchronized in Outlook:
-there are no synchronization filters
-we use the territories with the geography dimension. We checked that users are in the territories to see the account and this is the case. So it seems ok.
-we changed the following profile values setting
