On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

Error while creating records in Territory Exception (Custom Object)

An error pops up when we try to create a new record in the Territory Exception custom object.

The object is created under the sales application and does not have any server scripts associated to it. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference. We are going live on 16th and it needs to be addressed immediately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Territory Exceptions.
2. Create a new record
3. Enter required values and click Save & Continue.
4. Receive an application error.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new Territory Exception records without error.
