Symptoms

Rule Import job error.

 

STEPS
1. Export out a branch from stage
    Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Direct Credit Rules > go to a branch > Export to XML
2. Import into production
    Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Rule Import Processes
    User upload the xml file but did not specify any parameters (eg. Rule Name Prefix, Rule Name Suffix, Start Date, End Date ).
