ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Deep linking from BI analysis to Call Report does not work

There was no specific guidance on establishing deep links to Call Reports

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Clicking on the deep link results in successful page load of the Call Report page within the Activity object in the Simplified User Interface.


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------
Sales Representatives need the ability to navigate directly from old activities to the Call Reports of past phone call activities.
