There are only three approvals delivered for Career Development - one if for adding goals, one for changing the key attributes of the goals and one for goal completion. Customer has enabled 2 approvals - one for adding goals and other for changing the key attributes of the goals. There is no approval for deleting goals. However, when an employee deletes a goal, approval is triggered automatically to the manager. Can you please provide some insight into what is causing this?
