Symptoms

R11 - HCM Extract - Submit and click on "OK and View Checklist" freezes the screen

Submit Extract and click on "OK and View Checklist" -> ADF_FACES-60097 error

After clicking OK on the popup window session is frozen and there is no way around, you have to kill it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange
2. Submit Extracts
3. See error
