When adding a new line to an order that was created by the Order Creation Web Service the following behavior is observed:
1. Pricing information on all lines is removed
2. An error is reported:
The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Order created through using the Order Creation Web Service
2. A revision is created on the order
3. A new line is added to the order
