Mobile App - 'Add' button Missing On Sales Team On Accounts (Doc ID 2183300.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mobile App - Sales Team on Accounts

This is for the Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile app. On the account detail page -> Sales Team tab -> customer does not see any button to Add/Edit team members.
 
They would like to know if is this expected or a bug?
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should see Add button on account detail page -> Sales Team tab

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Mobile App -> account detail page -> Sales Team tab
2. Customer does not see Add button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add new resources in sales team
