Audit Report Error

When attempting to run the audit report, an error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 17, Server Domain: CommonDomain, Server Instance: HelpPortalServer_1, Application Name: ApplicationCoreSetupApp.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Tools > Audit Reports
3. Change Date search option to today
4. Enter your user in the User search option.
5. Click Search
6. The error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Audit Report.
