BI Report Prompts Are Not Being Shown From 'Reports and Analytics' on Sales Cloud Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BI Prompts are not being shown from Sales Cloud application
Customer designed a custom report with a Prompt criterion and it runs perfectly from BI application.
When they try to run it by clicking on 'View' from 'Reports and Analytics' page, the Prompts view is not being shown to the users, then the report is generated immediately and none of the parameter can be entered by users.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Prompts on a Report should be shown when the Report is run by clicking on 'View' from 'Reports and Analytics' page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Analysis in BI and configure 'Report' prompts on the Report.
2. Save at a shared location
3. Navigate to OSC UI -> Reports and Analytics.
4. Search for the Report in the Catalog and click on the 'View' link to view the Analysis.
Observe that 'Report' Prompts Page is not show to the user and the Analysis runs without an option for the users to select Prompt values.

Due to this issue, users cannot choose Prompts on BI Report from the OSC UI -> Reports and Analytics Page.
