Inactive Salesperson Shown In Transaction LOV Search

Inactive Salesperson shown in LOV Search

We have a named salesperson displayed twice in the Salesperson Search window in AR Create Transactions, one of the records has an Inactive status but still appears in the LOV.

Inactive record should be no more visible in the LOV

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inactivate the salesperson by deleting it from Manage resources page
2. Create a transaction.
3. The inactive salesperson is visible in the LOV

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see and select on transactions inactive salesperson.
