Partial Week Timecard Displayed For One Employee And Missing the Start Time and Finish Time (Doc ID 2183634.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have an employee displaying 2 issues with his Time Card.

The Time Card from 15.08.2016 to 21.08.2016 shows the full week, but not the start time/finish time against each day

The Time card from 22.08.2016to 28.08.2016 has the same issue with start/finish time, but it also only shows half the week i.e. Monday to Thursday, instead of Monday to Sunday.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer is expecting to be able to enter start time and end time.
Customer is expecting to be displayed all the days of the week

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person management
2. Search by employee name
3. Create a Time Card for Time card Period: 15.08.2016->21.08.2016-> Customer is expecting to be able to enter start time and end time, instead of hours.
4. Create a Time Card for Time card Period: 22.08.2016->26.08.2016-> Customer is expecting to be displayed all the days of the week, not only shows half the week i.e. Monday to Thursday, instead of Monday to Sunday
