Symptoms

Contacts created in Lotus Notes not syncing with OSC

Today we created a New Contact in Lotus Notes and associated it to OSC Account but it would not sync to OSC
Earlier on Friday it has synced properly but today it's NOT syncing
Attached are some details

ERROR

JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-HZ:::HZ_ERR_INVALID_ADDRESS: HZ-120485You cannot save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook;
2. Run Sales Cloud synchronization;
3. An error is listed on Synchronization Control Panel.
