Unable To Add Sales Team For Dual Partner Accounts (Doc ID 2184009.1)

Goal

Problem 1: For Dual Partner records created via Web Service
We are able to add Team Members under Sales Team manually. But when tried via File Import, the Members are not getting assigned under Sales Team of Partner record

Problem 2: For Dual Partner records created via File Import
We are not able to add Team Members under Sales Team manually or via File Import. When tried manually, it was not displaying the Resource record in UI

How to fix this issue?
