Appointment: How to update the value of a custom FCL via import (Doc ID 2184136.1)

Goal

The requirement is the following:
- a custom field named ActivityTypeVasi (FCL), displayed on Appointment (create and details layouts), has been created by the customer; this FCL has the following values: EMAIL_M, MEETING_M, CALL_M;
- two appointments are having EMAIL_M and MEETING_M as values for this attribute. 

How can you update the values of the FCL, via import, to CALL_M?
