Eloqua call to update OSC Contact records is failing with error "The object [N], of class [class java.lang.String], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Boolean]"

When attempting to run a custom call from Eloqua called "Update Contact" that is meant to update it's linked contact record in OSC,
the following error occurs.
Exception Description: The object [N], of class [class java.lang.String], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Boolean].
Issue can be verified by following below steps:
- Go to Eloqua - Integration
- Navigate to Outbound - Update Contact call
- Search for a Contact record and Test the call
