WSDL No Longer Working Properly After R11 Upgrade (Doc ID 2184432.1)

Symptoms

WSDL no longer working properly since R11 as WSDL is no longer limiting number of records to be returned.

Before the R11 upgrade, customer would put in a range and WSDL would send 500 rows (or 499). They would continue this until we had all the record in the range request. Now, it’s giving us an error message.

Prior to upgrade, this worked and would return the first 500 records sorted. Customer repeated the call until no records were returned.
