How to remove rights to update an Account for the territory owners?

The ownership of all accounts have been given to an Admin account, but through Territory setup, the territory owners get full access to the accounts of their territories. Hence, they can change the team composition of the accounts, meaning that they can also change the ownership from the Admin account to any other user the add on the account's team.
Is there a way to make the account ownership not updatable?
