Oracle Fusion Benefits: New Hire Life Event Not Closing After EE Elects Benefit In Self Service

New Hire life event is configured to close "when elections are made". If a benefits administrator makes the enrollments in benefits service center, the life event properly closes when administrator saves. However, when employee goes into self service and complete their elections by clicking "done" the life event does not close. The employee can continue selecting "change benefit elections". This should not occur.

The New Hire event should close out once the elections have been made by the employee.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee
2. Make elections for employee and select Done
3. Go back into employee self service and employee can continue to make elections

The employees are able to continue to make elections.
