Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Audting Expense Report

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
Auditor is not able to pull up the expense report using Reference # entered at the time of the initial audit

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They were able to pull up the expense report using the reference # prior to Nov 12th but since then the reference # is not stored

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Auditor reviews the expense Report
2. Enters the Reference # and completes the task
3. Unable to pull the expense report using reference # to review
