On : 15B version, Candidate

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to select a timezone when creating an interview for a candidate

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interviews should allow for timezone selection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a candidate
2. Select Interviews tab
3. Create Interview
4. Attempt to select timezone, under the scheduler

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot schedule interviews properly.
