Notifications Disappear After Task Expiration (Doc ID 2185314.1)

Symptoms

Notifications are disappearing from the Fusion Applications and BPM Worklist. Users have configured task expiration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure  task expiration.

a. Navigate to BPM Worklist using the steps below.

Click "more details" under the bell icon for enabled links to available BPM Worklists.

or

Log onto Functional Setup Manager (FSM) setup manager.
Go to Task Name : Manage Task Configurations %.

b. Search for the task.
c. Click on that task.
d. Click the Deadlines tab.
e. Expand the escalation section to configure task expiration and escalation policies, as shown below:
