Deleted accounts are still appearing in the UI (Doc ID 2185488.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When deleting an account either trough the UI or Web Service the account is still visible in the UI
When you click on the account a blank screen pops out. If you click on the Esc key you can see an error message

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to account icon
2. the list is displayed using a search 'All Accounts'
3. You can see all account including the deleted ones
4. An error pops up if you drill down on an inactive account

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue with the implementation
