Incorrect 0T Tax After Reverse Termination

Have an issue with one employee in the August payroll process. They have been reverse terminated after a P45 has been issued. There is still a P45 filing date held against the employee. In the August payroll process the employee has had 0T tax code applied and not code 1106L cumulative held on the PAYE calculation component
Can you please advise what the process should be when reverse terminating an employee who has a P45 issued?
Does the P45 need to be rolled back as the reverse termination didn't flag up any issues?
