When attempting to navigate in OSC SUI, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users log in successfully.
2. Users will usually receive the error above when clicking any link in OSC SUI.
3. Issue also occurs in Mobile UI.
4. Rarely, SUI will process the request successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Oracle Sales Cloud Production environment.
