Why Cloud subscription and Support Identifier have different Start Dates/End Dates?

On : Public Cloud Services

When logging in Oracle CLOUD My Account portal, Customer receives the information that the Public Cloud Services are expired while Support Identifier is still active.

The services should be active for the same period as the Support Identifier.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access myaccount.cloud.oracle.com
2. Sign in
3. See in dashboard the services purchased

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the product and the system is down.
