Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Self Service Procurement

When opening Manage Requisition Approval task in Setup and Maintenance an error message is thrown.

Previously, requisition approval rules have been changed using BPM Administration UI

ERROR

Approval task information cannot be rendered because the SOA server is not responding

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Requisition Approval Rules
3. Notice the error message.
