Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to integrate JDE/OSC and  tried the manual sync, got error:
 "ORA-INT-JDE-0003: Failed to search for matching JDE Customers!"
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The  account after created in OSC, to be created as well in JDE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow steps in document: "JDE_SalesCloud_integration_R11"
2. Create an account in OSC
3. Check JDE for same account

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync JDE and OSC
